As people age they need to re-evaluate their exercise routine. KCP Physical Therapy specializes in exercise programs for seniors. Lori Bachman is KCP’s Personal Trainer for the over 60’s crowd. She is also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, so clients can be confident that they are exercising safely while achieving the strength and agility that they need to meet their personal goals.

Lori’s background includes over 10 years of experience, a BS in Health and Physical Education from West Chester University and an AA as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Community College of Baltimore. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Fraternity and is also a member of American Fitness Professionals & Associates. Lori is certified in Personal Training and is a Pilates Mat Work Instructor.
