Current Class Description
Back to Yoga:
For anyone coming back from an injury or a life challenge and returning to exercise.
This class does not require kneeling, it is a gentle sequence of movement with breath and intention.

Core I:
A more advanced core workout with a variety of exercise, tools and techniques to develop a stable and powerful core.

Intro to Core:
A complete introductory core workout using a variety of exercises, tools and techniques to develop a stable and powerful core.

Balance:
Improve and maintain balance skills and prevent falls in a positive small group environment

Chair Yoga:
A class geared toward our seniors who are unable to lie on the floor. This class focuses on flexibility, mobility, energy and relaxation.

Senior Yoga:
A class for on our seniors who are able to lie on the floor. This class focuses on flexibility, mobility, energy and relaxation.

Core Yoga:
This class is for those who are returning from an injury or a life challenge and wish to exercise and develop core strength and mobility.

Flow Yoga:
This class has a Vinyasa yoga approach for all ages. Movement is synchronized to breath and smoothly transitions through yoga poses.

Individualized Therapeutic Class:
Individualized Therapeutic Yoga is a six- week program focusing on each clients strengths and weaknesses. The program will begin September 23rd and conclude October 28th. In addition, each client will be offered a home exercise program.
