Personal Training and Fitness

KCP implemented personal training in response to the needs of clients who desire to exercise but have failed to be successful due to continued injuries sustained in other settings.

At KCP, we recognize that each person comes to us with a unique background. Your age, fitness level, previous injuries, and musculoskeletal challenges will all play a role in determining the best exercise program for you.

Whether you work with us one-on-one or join one of our group exercise programs, we work to ensure that you are receiving individualized attention and direction. Helping you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals is our passion. Schedule a consultation with us to learn more about how we can work together to achieve your goals.

During this pandemic, our utmost priority is to keep our clients safe and healthy. We are following stringent protocols for sanitizing all equipment and treatment rooms. Upon entry to our clinic, all clients and staff have their temperatures checked and are asked to immediately wash their hands. Mask use is mandatory and social distancing guidelines are observed. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have had a known exposure in the past 14 days, we ask that you refrain from entering the clinic.

KCP is a physical therapy and personal training facility committed to maintaining healthy standards so that you can maintain your health during this time. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service at all times.
